The balance by transfer or by check and by mail to the order of "PURE EXPERIENCE" is payable 30 days before departure.

The association "PURE EXPERIENCE" keeps part of the amount paid according to the date of cancellation:
between D-60 and D-30: the deposit will be kept
Between D-30 and D-14: 50% of the total amount will be kept between D-13 and the day of departure: 100% of the total amount will be kept Membership will not be refunded.

CAPACITY The User acknowledges having the capacity to contract under the conditions described, that is to say to be at least 18 years old, to be legally able to contract and not to be under guardianship or curatorship. Thus in application of the provisions of articles L 211-1 II and R 211-3-1 of the Code of Tourism, the order confirmation that will be sent to you will certify the establishment, electronically, the sales contract between PURE EXPERIENCE and yourself. In the absence of a return confirmation email sent by PURE EXPERIENCE, the reservation was not taken into account. It is therefore your responsibility in all cases to ensure the receipt of the confirmation email. PURE EXPERIENCE will send you by return, by e-mail, for acceptance the cancellation request and the related fees. After your acceptance of the cancellation and payment of the corresponding fees you will receive an email confirmation of cancellation. In the absence of confirmation e-mail from PURE EXPERIENCE, the cancellation was not taken into account. 4. PRICE 4.1 Price: All prices are displayed in Euros payable from France. The total price to pay for the various components of your order, the "delivery" fees mentioned correspond to the amount of membership to the PURE EXPERIENCE mandatory (article 4.3 of these general conditions) as soon as you book with PURE EXPERIENCE. In accordance with the VAT system on the margin of the associations, the invoices issued by PURE EXPERIENCE are exempt from T.V.A. according to article 293B of the C.G.I. 4.2 Price revision: Prices shown are those in effect on the date of the order. The prices have been set according to the following economic data: transport costs related notably to the cost of fuel, transport fees and taxes (landing, embarkation, disembarkation, security, environmental taxes, etc.), rate exchange rate applied to foreign currencies according to the trip or stay concerned. Attention: In accordance with article L211-12 of the Code of Tourism, in case of variation of these data and in particular of the amount of taxes, passenger fees and / or surcharges fuel applied by the authorities and / or airlines, these will be fully and immediately reflected in the price of all products from its date of application, including for customers already registered and having already paid the corresponding Benefit. Fluctuations in the exchange rates may also lead to a revision of the price of the Services. The currencies likely to have an influence on the prices are in particular the American dollar, and the currencies of the countries in which Services of lodging are proposed. During the 30 (thirty) days preceding the scheduled departure date, the price fixed in the contract may not be increased. 4.3 Membership Any order on the PURE EXPERIENCE website leads to the collection by PURE EXPERIENCE of your membership payable only once for the whole year. This membership varies according to your profile: 30 € basic membership; € 10 membership for low-income people; 50 € membership of benefactor member; 100 € and more donor member membership.
5. PAYMENT 5.1 Methods of payment: You must make your payment exclusively by credit card. 5.2 Payment conditions: To pay his benefits, the User can either pay cash at the time of the order (no discount is applicable) or, for orders made more than 35 (thirty-five) days before departure, the User has the Possibility to pay 30% (thirty percent) of the amount of the order at the time of booking and the balance of the price 35 (thirty-five) days before the date of departure. Otherwise, it is up to the customer to pay the balance by calling 0385 344 873 (telephone number not surcharged). Thus, for orders placed less than 35 (thirty-five) days before departure, the full amount of the order must be paid by the User. Failure to pay the balance within the time limit, is likely to result in the cancellation of the order because of the customer, the latter remains liable for cancellation fees. In any case, is not considered debt discharge: the delivery of a credit card number as the agreement of the payment center is not obtained. 5.3 Default of payment / cancellation: In the absence of full payment within the stipulated time, PURE EXPERIENCE is entitled to cancel the order made by the User. Before receipt of the full payment, PURE EXPERIENCE is not obliged to issue any ticket, ticket or voucher. The customer is warned of the possible failure of the banking transaction during the act of buying online. He is then asked to pay by sending his paycheck and a copy of his order to the address of the head office: PURE EXPERIENCE, 15 avenue Jean Moulin, 71 700 TOURNUS, France. The non-respect by the User of the payment terms will be considered by PURE EXPERINCE as a cancellation requested by the User. In the event that the payment proves to be irregular, incomplete or non-existent, for any reason whatsoever, the sale of the reserved services would be canceled, the resulting costs being borne by the User. Attention: in order to minimize the consequences of fraud to bank cards, PURE EXPERIENCE reserves the right to perform random checks and to ask the User to fax or post the proof of his address, a copy of the front and back of the credit card payment, as well as the identity of the cardholder and that of the passenger before issuing a ticket.
6. ADMINISTRATIVE AND HEALTH INFORMATION 6.1 Formalities For non-French nationals, it is the User's responsibility to check with the relevant authorities (Consulate, Embassy, etc.), taking into account his nationality, the various police, customs and health formalities, for his journey, including stopovers and transits and to comply with them. If the User and / or the persons registered by him / her are denied boarding or access to the country of destination for failure to comply with the police, health or customs formalities, the User will bear all sanctions and / or any fines imposed and resulting from the non-observance of police, health or customs regulations, as well as the consequences that may result therefrom. Some countries require in addition to a visa that the validity of the passport is greater than 6 months after the date of return, to have a return ticket or continuation and sufficient funds.
